Why aren't grocery prices listed?
Groceries are purchased locally after your order is placed, so individual item prices aren't displayed in advance. You'll pay the actual purchase price of your groceries, plus applicable fees.
What if an item I order is unavailable?
If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we'll select the closest available substitute to ensure you have everything you need when you arrive.
Do I need to be there when my groceries are delivered?
No. We coordinate access with your lodging provider and put your groceries away before you arrive when property access permits.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order at least two days before delivery. Expedited requests may be possible, subject to availability and additional fees.
Will you put refrigerated and frozen groceries away?
Yes. We place perishables in the refrigerator or freezer and organize pantry items in the kitchen.
Can you deliver to my hotel or vacation rental?
We serve Jackson, Teton Village, Wilson and many surrounding Jackson Hole lodging locations. Delivery arrangements depend on the property and its access policies. Contact us if you’re unsure about your address.
Can you deliver alcohol with my groceries?
Yes. Alcohol is ordered separately through The Liquor Store of Jackson Hole for pickup by Jackson Hole Grocery Delivery. We'll pick it up and deliver it along with your groceries. Our service fee applies to the total value of goods delivered.
What does the service fee cover?
Our service fee covers the personalized shopping experience, from selecting your groceries and coordinating with your lodging provider to delivering, unloading, and organizing everything in your kitchen before you arrive.
